HAVE YOUR CAKE AND EAT IT TOO

Well, anyone who knows me knows that I have an obsession with cupcakes. I love everything about them. I mean they are adorable mini cakes, how could you not love them? I love baking cupcakes. I love decorating cupcakes. And of course, I love EATING cupcakes. I mean, I love cupcakes so much I named my kitty after them. Now, I may seem a little crazy here, but don’t lie – you love cupcakes too.

The problem cake in any form is that cake is not healthy. A cake has sugar, fat, carbs, and all that unhealthy stuff.  That means we shouldn’t eat cupcakes right? If we eat cupcakes they will make us fat. Instead of cupcakes, we should eat celery sticks and carrots all the time, right? Wrong!

Life is too damn short to not enjoy it and let’s face it, no one has ever eaten a cupcake or a big slice of birthday cake without getting a huge smile on their face. So if you ask me, we should all have our cake and eat it too!
